Sounds great but like superforever said $40 to deliver to Australia. Entered goods over $200 and delivery went up to $51?????

  • Is Eastbay the cheapest place to buy Nike Lebron XI $$175.98US delivered?

    Subtotal: $169.99
    Estimated Shipping & Handling: $39.99
    Estimated Savings: $34.00
    Estimated Total:
    Tax Calculated in Checkout
    $175.98

  • Shipping to AU is 28% of the net order. So if you order at least $140 then you get the most out of the shipping charge.
With 20% off you bring that shipping down to (effectively) 8%. Then if you use ebates.com you get 3% of the total order back, so somewhere around 5% or less.
    then its just echange rate.

  • got my nike tns delivered today, they have black marks across the front.

i bought with 28 degrees card, i want another pair will they exchange and cover shipping costs?

does shoppers protect cover that with 28 deg card? how do i fix the problem?

    • They'll pay for the return shipping if there's something wrong with the products.

I got a pair of nike from them with the left and right shoe in different sizes and I got them returned no problem.

You can contact the customer service before you send them back just to make sure.

They only allow you to use the cheapest option though, which take ages…

      • i tried contacting east bay they say the only way the can give refund is if i send it to them. I asked them if i could send a picture of the shoe so they can see, there being pricks about it telling me the only way is if i send it there

Last time i sent defective items they returned only money for my items and not the shipping that costed me about 60USD

i cbf sending them again then being out of pocket again.

its not bad but noticeable, I'm fussy when it comes to new things, especially when the tip of my runners and meant to be light blue and theres a black mark that i can't clean off

        • Try again with a different CS staff might get a different result?

If it's just a little mark then might not worth all the trouble imo, shoes get dirty once you wear them anyway :)

        • its on top of the toe, there is clear plastic and the mark is underneath it.

It will always be obvious as the shoe doesn't get dirty on that area.

I wouldn't mind if i never had problems with east bay, but with my last order they were big pricks for there stuff up, they should of refunded me for postage also which they didn't.

  • think il give 28degrees a call and see about there shoppers protection.

Next time il paypal east bay, its easier to resolve things through a dispute
