What? Only available in SA??? Another example of us eastern staters (my contribution to the Macquarie Dictionary!) getting shafted!!! ;)

Adelaide Central Plaza isn't a chain

    Awesome find! Thanks OP.
The only downside to this, is that you have to choose which time slot you'd like to use it for. This means you can't change your mind.
    Other than that, good bargain.

  • I don't think they care about the time slot, I purchased saying I would use it on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and my wife took the voucher on another and used the voucher.

    • Yeah you're right. I just check my email. It doesn't specify in the voucher.
      Even better!

  • Anyone know if you can use the voucher to buy full sized cakes at Michel's Patisserie, or does it have to be small things like coffee and a small cake for 1?

    • I see nothing in the terms and conditions that forbid it.

  • +1

Sites that force you to sign up before browsing can suck a fat one.
Can you buy more than one voucher? I'll be in Adelaide for a few days at the end of July

    • if you select the right element you can block the popup and the dark background that prevents you from clicking anything with adblock =)

it seems that you can only buy a maximum of 2 in one transaction.

      • +1

In one transaction, so just buy 2 in each transaction as many times as you want.

    • +1

You can buy 2 in one transcation, just buy 2 then buy 2 again and repeat.

Considering how overpriced this food court is i see no deal here, as you'll have to spend another $5 minimum at the majority of the places listed. Just go elsewhere and get a better price to start with, no need to deal with ourdeal or t&c's either.

    • Are the chain stores more expensive than their outer CBD counterparts?

      • Yes and no. Coffee club is $17 for wedges for example, even at $12 are a rip off. Hamburger shop there charges $18-$20 for a combo, again at $13-$15 it's expensive for a food court (can get a pub burger and beer for $10-$12).

        • +1

So.. you're negging the individual stores not the food court. Unless you're saying Coffee Club in Central Plaza charges more than other Coffee Clubs?

Don't know about you, but a footlong subway with drink and cookie for $5 is pretty good.

  • Edit - put in reply.

  • +1

I go there all the time, for the $15 of credit which you are paying $5 for you can get a large meal, rice or noodles and 3 choices with a drink. Not bad for $5 I say.
