Company closing - no annual leave for leaving early?

Hi All,

Just posting this for a friend.
Amy works at a company that is going into administration (bankruptcy).
She worries the entire process of this ordeal in her company due to her own financial stress.

She then found a new job (very hard to do in this field) thankfully! She then got offered and is to start asap.

The current company did not let her start immediately, and contract says 2 weeks notice required.
So she now instead gave 1 week notice, which to get her pay for the week she works in arrears.

She got told by her HR that she will NOT be entitled to any of her annual leave, (no redundancy pay), sick leave, and possibly her super too.

She works full time (more than 40 hours) and she has been in the company for over 2 and half years.

Is it this bankrupted company's right to not pay her annual and other entitlements?

Thanks in advance.
D
