If you don't need it, it isn't a bargain?

But then time in this life is limited right, and you gotta get as much as you can, inner conflict.

Example. I have a setup capable of playing even the latest games decently. Hardly ever play games anymore anyway. But, I am compelled to spend more just to be able to reach the highest resolution and frame rates, even though I know I won't play it for long.

Rant over.

    Cool story bro.

  • It's still a bargain, just not a bargain for you.

You need to leave the computer and take a walk.

I think what I'm trying to say is that the best bargain is trying to be satisfied with what you've got

    • But those seconds of optimum play are worth those lots of dollars

You need to work on changing your life. I know its hard work, but anything worth having always is.
Start slow, just a few games of solitaire a day, and work your way up from there. Pretty soon you will be unemployed with a fully fledged neckbeard and bedsores from playing WOW 18 hours a day.

I know you can do it. You just have to believe silentreckoning.

I bought a meat smoker from a bargain posted here 2 years ago. Have yet to smoke any meat nor do I understand why I even bought it. Bargain? Yes. Useful? Nope.

  • Yeah that's a bad one Neil because it looks large. Maybe give it to a mate of yours who likes fishing (and actually catches stuff)? Get him/her to promise you a smoked fish or two? Nowadays I only buy stuff I'm absolutely certain I will never use, if it's pretty small.
