Negotiating with Ubank or loans.com.au

I am currently looking at refinancing out of ubank for loans.com.au offset account.
Has anyone ever tried negotiating a better rate with these guys then they saw advertised? And were you successful?

The current loans.com.au blackboard special is 5.54. I've asked them to call me to discuss.

    why would they? its the lowest rate in the market. No annual fee either.
    Unless you are talking a few million, I highly doubt it.

    I would be happy saving an extra .05% interest. I figure you are always better to ask before signing the contract then trying to negotiate after.
