Mine have not arrived. Has anyone else received their passes, and anyone else NOT received their passes. I am currently getting the run around. Advice?

I was able to ascertain for sure that it is the responsibility of Citi Bank to send out the passes. It seems that if you achieved an annual fee waiver/rebate then you might not get your lounge passes. Will await the outcome.
I would say give them few more weeks. It's alwYs the case them as they are charging the card also. I'm waiting for mine too
