I just went to order my groceries from Woolies online and the booze catergory has been removed (i'm in SA). I even tried to search for booze within the site and zero results came back.
When i made an order 2 weeks ago i could still order alcohol - Is this new? I couldn't find anything with a quick Google search.

I found when a Dan Murphy's opened in my area that I could no longer order alcohol online with Woolworths. Maybe the same for you?
I am in SA and can still order booze.
Alcohol sales at/by supermarkets has never been allowed in QLD :-(
NSW - can still see the booze section online too.
Are you signed into an account when viewing the Woolies online shop? Perhaps double check that you've confirmed your age is 18+ and see if the BWS section comes up again…

Maybe Woolies have just decided i'm an alco and have cut me off. I called them to check on my order tonight because it had passed the delivery window, and was planning to ask what the booze situation was, but the delivery guy rocked up as i was calling so i hanged up.
It's odd that all you guys can still get alcohol but it's gone from my account.
Weird. Give them a call tomorrow and ask. I'm curious too lol.
You didn't happen to make any large booze orders using exploited vouchers off OzB, did you? Like those $10 off $50 spends. That's the only thing I can think of that might explain a 'ban' from the booze section lol.

It's because in SA you have to order through BWS. You can still have it delivered with your groceries however.
