    It's all dependent on location.

    I just checked at a location closest to me (Southbank VIC).

    There appears to be a few sizes of trucks:

    ISUZU Moving Van or similar Group F is $129 per day

    and

    Toyota Hi Ace Van or similar Group C (which I'll assume is the van mentioned) is $109 per day

    Same price in Bentleigh (their location).

    However if I change the location to Adelaide where coinsaver is from.

    The van is $75.57 and the moving van is $111.14.

    So you have to compare like for like.

  Noted the deal is VIC only but I have found that smaller local companies tend to offer better pricing than the larger ones (like Budget, Europcar, Hertz, etc). The one I used a few years ago in SA was Cut Price - just checked their website and their prices are significantly cheaper than the deals above. http://www.cutprice.com.au/

  Assume that the same would be true for other states as well.

    sorry budgetboy it appears different branches charge different rates your branch charges $129.00 per day my local adelaide..salisbury charges $100.56 normal price

    Welcome "Budget Sales" who conveniently joined today to defend this deal and call CutPrice scam. My comment was from my experience - the "scammers" are the ones who bad mouth others to get a leg up - I rented from Cut Price (in SA) in the past - good vehicle, great customer service and no hidden costs. I am not promoting Cut Price - my post was to merely state to look around and do due diligence to find the best deal.
