SMSFs - Bank Accounts, Brokers & Other Things Needed

In the midst of setting up a SMSF for my dad & I, which we'll be managing and doing ourselves. I've got considerable experince in SMSFs, but want to look at it from an OzB point of view.

I've got the statutory requirements covered:
Administration/Accounts/Tax Returns: I can do these myself free of charge (Have had 7 years of preparing them for clients).
Audit: ASF Audits in Adelaide as I already deal with them on an annual basis.

What I'm hoping other OzB'ers can help out with are a few other providers (low cost, of course) which you may use already if you have a SMSF. I know major providers of these, but do not want to pay excessive fees annually to use them.

Bank Accounts - fee free transaction accounts.
Savings Accounts - high interest and available to SMSFs. Happy to shift around every 6months to obtain high interest rate possible as will be holding a reasonable bit of cash as a buffer for the old man in retirement.
Online Brokers - low cost brokerage predominantly to the Aussie market. Not day trading, but will be regularly buying/selling as my contributions come through.
Foreign Currency Accounts - the old boy will travel a fair whack and spend considerable time in Europe, and it may get to the point where he sets up a bank account over there to live off (he has a European Passport). Wouldn't mind knowing some of the cheaper providers of a foreign currency accounts for the SMSF market as he may from time to time want to lock in some dollars in the SMSF to pay for the next 6months of living over there.
