Betting site TAB now streaming AFL for free (with a *)

Wasn't too sure where this would fit in the forums, but as of today (Friday) it seems TAB will now stream afl matches live to account holders via the tab app on iPhones, iPads, androids etc. (*)provided you have wagered $100.00 in a rolling 30 day block.
I didn't try it tonight, but apparently you launch the live betting in the sports section and it will offer the video there somewhere. Hopefully someone can supply the instructions?

I only happened to find out while listening to the TripleM commentary tonight.

I'm not sure if it's enough for me to cancel my monthly subscription to afl live on my android, because via Telstra any data is streamed free through that. If I watched a full game on my phone while out via the tab app, it would chew a lot more than $14.99 of data.

Obviously media have jumped on this with the 'somebody think of the children' fear mongering:

    This sounds very interesting, I might look into it.

    As a rough guess, if I was forced to bet $100, that's like asking me to pay $5-10. Based on odds of losing.

    So this could be an alternative to the afl app, with a roll of a dice chicken dinner or being poorer off.

    I happen to be a pretty good tipper and wouldn't mind throwing my money on some sure thing favourites which makes this a deal I reckon.

      Here's how you do it without gambling
      Take any game and bet on both teams at the line
      Put $50 on Sydney -37.5 at 1.92
      Put $50 on Carlton +37.5 at 1.92
      One of those has to happen so you get $96 back and now you get the service for $4/mo

        Search up sports arbitrage. You can make a few thousand dollars in 6 weeks if you can be bothered putting in a bit of time.
