CashRewards cashback only recorded for one item out of the three I purchased in the same transaction on ebay

Hi fellow ozbargainers,

I have used cashrewards for my ebay purchase during the ebay big 20% sales. I have paid for three items in the same transaction and cashrewards cashback was only traced for the lowest priced item (coincidentally I believe) , while I have not received any cashback notification for my other items (ipad mini and another item), does anyone has similar experience?

    What did cashrewards say?

    Were the other items part of the exclusion list?

    The following categories will not earn cashback: Motors (Cars, Boats, Motorcycles, etc), Business, Industrial, Travel, Real Estate, Music, Gift Certificates, Charity & Non-Profit items, “Lots More” and “Other Services” (under the Services tab).

      I have contacted cashrewards but have not heard from them yet. Will update when I get a reply from them. The other items I have bought in the same transaction are ipad mini and a laser rangefinder, which should not be in the exclusion list I think.

    I didn't get a cashback for a 4TB external drive from Good Guys from that same ebay sale either
