    Hi Rep,

    How long will the beans last if left unopened in the packaging? I'm struggling to get through the last kilo of two of coffee I got from you guys (lovely stuff by the way) and while I'm eager for more varieties to try I'd be gutted if they went stale before even getting around to grinding them!

      If you check post-history, you'll find that this special pops up every month or few. If you currently have a stock of beans, might be an idea to wait for the next one?

      Ideally 3-4 weeks so if planning to keep for extended periods of time perhaps consider freezing unopened bags. Otherwise make double shots ;-)

        Depends on how you weigh your double shots. 14.5-15g in a 15g VST basket is almost as potent as 18g in a regular double basket…still ymmv

      All fresh roasted to order! Coffee is being roasted and shipped tomorrow and Fri so should be good for drinking when you receive on Monday as it generally needs 4-5 days after roasting to degas and allow flavours to develop fully.

      If drunk within first 1-3 days after roasting it generally would be sour and less flavour
