Need advice on the easiest phone to use for a grandfather.
It doesnt need internet but thought maybe an old iphone would still be easier than some of the other phones currently available.
needs to fit in a pocket
camera could be handy
easy to find contacts recent calls ie missed calls etc

My inlaws, both on their 80's, love their iphone. Also have a HTC desire which they have have no problems with as well.
Flip phones have the advantage that when they end the call they hang up when they close it to put in their pocket.

The biggest problem most elderly people have with mobile phones is answering them and dialing numbers.
Maybe a flip phone (easy to answer) with large numbers would do the job? A 3mp camera would suffice for that side of it?
