Recent Kogan eBay purchase - discount didn't apply :/

Bought a iPad mini recently on the Kogan eBay deal using the "CTOYTASTIC" (22% discount) code.

I'm 99% sure I had the discount code applied before making the purchase (as I usually double-triple check these things) but I guess something went wrong as I just noticed on my statement being stung the full amount.

Just wondering what my chances are of having them refund the $62 I thought I was getting in the first place. I've contacted them but no reply as yet.

UPDATED: Disregard the above, it turns out my discount DID apply after all.

    have you checked how much it's taken out of your account? The code is used a funding source so the statement still shows the full amount

      Ahh! Right you are.

      How embarrassing. The discount did apply but you have to expand on the paypal details link to see it (strange?). The discounted price is also shown on my bank statement.

    I was a bit worried also, I got Samsung TabPRO, paypal.com said they had paid kogan $400 which was the full amount. But on closer inspection, it only took 320 from my account. Looks like eBay is footing the discount themselves. I'd say that tablets are toys (big boys toys). Third one I've bought this year…

      Glad I'm not the only silly one here. Yes it does seem like eBay are paying for the business doesn't it. Oh well, happy ending for us both.
