Thank you! I ordered some for my mother and I. I have problem feet and Crocs are the only shoe that don't cause me pain. They make a big difference to my life. I noticed that when I put some shoes from the '40 - 80% off' section into the cart they were reduced even further. Then I also received the extra 25% off plus free shipping.

    • Yes same around $10 off listed sale price!!

Good footwear IME. Trouble when I bought them was they were not sized properly, sometimes 10 was 11, 12 was 10 and so on. Had to go back to shop a few times, wouldn't buy online unless Crocs would wear the return shipping cost/s.

I bought some plain black ballet flat style Crocs in a previous sale posted here. Love them. So freaking comfy and they don't wear down as fast as I'd expected them to. Done plenty of walking in mine and they're still in great nick.

    • What are they like for breathability?

      • +2

You wear them on your feet, not over your head

      • Well I wore them all day in Summer. Was a super hot day. Feet didn't sweat (but then, my feet don't ever sweat - not that I can recall anyway lol).

YMMV though. They'd be pretty awesome for walking in the wet too - just rinse the shoes off at the end of the day :) No soggy fabric shoes.

God, it just would never have crossed mind normally.
I initially turned-up my nose at the mere mention of 'Crocs', but I have put myself in your shoes, if only in manner of speaking.

I believe that I understand the real basis for your aversion, and it is indeed understandable. I am but a mere male, but I get it.

For you, even the thought, let alone the actual horror, of being seen in soaking wet - dare I say, 'waterlogged' - canvas shoes, must, quite seriously, be the equivalent of wearing double-denim.

I believe that is still generally considered to be a crime, except on special occasions.

          Anyway, certainly a potential/serious fashion-faux-pas for a bargain-hunting young turnip about town.
          Hence, the 'croc-wearing'.

          It does make some sense.
          Carry on.

@Tas: Nothing wrong with being "seen" in waterlogged shoes lol. It's more that it feels bloody awful, then you have to dry the shoes out in the sun (which is usually difficult when it has been pouring down enough to leave you with waterlogged shoes in the first place).

I'm probably the wrong gal to discuss fashion related matters with, though. I don't wear heels, I'm more for practicality and comfort (probably explains my willingness to wear Crocs out in public). I wear ballet flats mostly, or flat boots in winter, or trusty Chuck Taylors. Was not a fan of walking around in those when they got wet… but was ever so grateful that they had those little riveted holes on the side to at least let the rainwater flow back out again.

I don't fear fashion faux pas. I am a fashion faux pas. Though I probably wouldn't go as far as double denim.

        • @waterlogged turnip:
Okay. Sorry - sometimes I do overthink things, and can then come off as being very insensitive at the same time. A hapless brute when it comes to some stuff.

Priorities. As a rare turnip/girl hybrid, you do need to maintain comfy root-filaments at all times when you're out and about. Properly got it now.

Beyond your other shoe-choices (I'm so clueless, that before this deal post I had no idea that you were a ballet dancer) I hereby plus this deal in order to show solidarity with your unique plight that has so clearly inspired the Irwin-esque levels in your side-love for Crocs.
          Crikey.

I used this code to get 20% off the full price item, both code work together.

    • just tried it…

      Expired Promo Code

You have to sign up with your email to receive further 20% off. It stacks with the TCRFRIENDS code. Just ordered the Hover work shoes as I''m a Nurse.

  • Thanks. I combined it with the sign-up code I received.

I actually prefer fake crocs since they rub less and are lighter but these days it's near impossible to buy them in size 13.

  • Apparently the 20% sign-up code only works for full priced items. Disappointed.
