advice: Stay away from the Otterbox series - I've seen 4 of them just fall apart after a few months use. Go with the LifeProof products we've had a really good run with those at work.

Fyi the $19.95 otterboxs on eBay are.fakes.
If you don't believe take a photo of the box and contents and email otterbox , they will tell you they are fake
That's one of the main reasons we are closing down, it's too hard to compete with fakes. People expect the same price when they see a cheap one on eBay.

I have bought from you guys before and your griffin powerjolt chargers are not genuine. Advertising them as such is false advertising

just saying they're fake doesn't actually make it so.
It was explained in that particular deal that we will ship the chargers without the packaging due to "Free Shipping" included in the deal. If we shipped with packaging, it will cost us more than the product itself. We offered an option for customers that if they wanted to have the product shipped with packaging, they will need to pay the shipping fee.
That's probably why this person thinks that the product is "fake".
