Clock radio - with ipod dock, that can play mp3 CD's

I'm looking around for a clock radio that has a proper (so will charge) an iPod but can ALSO play MP3 CD's

Many talking books now come as MP3's on CD.

It’s for an non particularly tech savvy user (so the concept of loading the talking books on the ipod is a bit daunting for them)

Trouble is no-one seems to sell a unit that answers my needs?

So…If you know of a unit that has those features (clock radio/MP3 CD/iPod dock) then I would welcome your knowledge.

If I didn't have to mortgage the house to afford it - that would be a bonus as well…
