Best hotel loyalty program/website in AU & oversea?

Hi peeps,

I need to travel for work a fair bit and usually use Hotel.com to book, their loyalty program is ok. Just wondering what everyone else is using for the best value (i.e. free nights etc.), of course the rate shouldn't be outrageous just for the reward.
