Cash Advance POLI CBA

Hi guys

Ill try to keep this simple.
Paid or jetstar tickets through POLI but used my Mastercard CBA account and went through fine.
Noticed on my statement that the transaction was processed as a cash advance and now they are charging daily interest.
Looked at POLI website again which just says:
- Is there any cost for using POLi™?
- There is no cost to make payments using POLi™, although your bank may apply fees for electronic funds transfers.

Rang my bank who just restated that the transaction was processed as a cash advance by the charging company.
Advised me to call POLI/jetstar to ask why it was processed as a cash advance i.e. waste of time.

My complaint to CBA/POLI is that there is no SPECIFIC warning that the transaction is processed as a cash adv if selected from a credit card account.

My question is:
1. Do all banks charge cash adv for transactions such as this.
2. Who's responsibility is it to warn the customer of the above???
