I think so from memory. Last time they had this sale, hair colouring and bleach were included too and those stuff are kind of the opposite of hair 'care'!
our definition of hair care includes the entire 'hair' category minus the above exclusions.

Rep. I have been to two brisbane stores that had Sukin 1L bottles but have been advised they are excluded from the "40% off All Haircare" ?? Guessing it should have been 40% off all selected Haircare maybe? Online doesn't have the 1L bottles tho.
