My PSU is toast. Literally. I was wondering what that burning smell was and it was the insulation around one of the transformer coils cooking off. Never buying a cooler master psu again.
Anyway, does anyone know of any good deals for a PSU, about 600 to 650 watts, preferably at least bronze rated efficiency and enough rails just to run a single GPU?
Everything I have seen is about $110 to $130 or so.

I assume you mean enough amps on the 12V rail to run a single GPU? What's the video card/pc specs? A 500/550W may be fine. Otherwise, the recommendations above are very good.

For PSU, i would lean towards three brands, Corsair; Silverstone; and Seasonic.
Reason being their fan noise is quite low.
