Are there any truly mutual health funds left? As in, ones where profits are retained by the fund?

Note that GMHBA's newest plans are looking suspiciously like those from for profit insureres, and are nowhere near as good value as their plans last year.
Their 55% bronze cover plan in particular is retarded. You would have to pay a massive gap for every benefit you claim on. Its like something NIB or BUPA would dream up…
I'm in NSW, just out of Sydney. My wife works in admin at a state school. She is going to ask around about Teachers Health.
Yes there are, GMHBA and HCF spring to mind.
Best I have come up with is a list of Private Health Funds, maybe check them out one by one.

The list shows if the fund is restricted, states available and business structure (for profit, or non profit mutual)
