  Just watch the routing on the fare you choose, some of the Air NZ connections to LA are up to a half day longer than direct! OK I suppose if you're not in a hurry….

    I flew AIr NZ earlier this year, it was MEL-AKL, then AKL-LAX, it took 5 hours more than the direct MEL-LAX flights Ive done with QANTAS and VIRGIN, but it also only cost me $830. It was a no brainer for the 5 extra hours!
