Compare to all your previous shipping deals, surely you can do better.
My parcel was missing samples, when i called them they first accused auspost of stealing then said they will check the weight of the parcel then send it aftre few days.Pricematch was not given despite mentioning it in their delivery instruction field as they adviced, again i have to call them back through follow email and phone call to get the refund. That cashback aslo was calculated incorrectly i have send them email again and still waiting for the full cashback refund..
My previous orders also when i asked for pricematch refund i was told as you paid by paypal you will not get the refund. so i have not received any refund for that order.
Their store in Hoppers Crossing will never do pricematching , they will make it impossible to do pricematching.

I like chemist warehouse for their prices on QV brand. It's a dollar cheaper and 25% more for wash.

bought some products before, broken package when delivered, called customer service and was told to email them with photos as proof , then no reply any more， called again, and was told to email them again with photos as proof , and them no reply again . sent email again and again, and also no reply……..my story ends. no more!
