Best no hassles massage coupon/group buy deal in Sydney? Anyone with experience?

Hi! I'm looking for a massage deal in Sydney area (CBD/inner west/eastern suburbs/airport area. There are so many advertised each week, and they all seem great value. However, there are horror stories with customers complaining about hassles with booking or for quality of service. For example, looking at Chang Sabai Thai Massage & Spa on Pitt St in Sydney, despite good overall ratings, there are several reviews on Tripadvisor that advise against buying a coupon deal:

"Four friends and myself purchased vouchers from travel zoo for 60 min massage and 15 minute foot massage. Booking in was a nightmare. The staff speak very little English and seemed quite rude. When we found the place it's in a large office building and there is sign on the window to call so they can come down and let you in - bit strange you wonder where they are taking you. We were rushed through given quick foot massages then told to go I to different rooms for massages…"

"I purchased a few massage vouchers from Chang Sabai Thai Massage after I used my spreez voucher. The thing is they are often full booked for next a few weeks or no answers when I called. I attempted to book my massage 5 times even 2 weeks in advance, but it was no success. I asked for a full refund and I was told the money is ready by Chats (Thai Guy) so I can come in anytime. I informed him in advance I was coming in tomorrow. I just came in their branch 459 Pitt st as I promised in order to receive the money refund. The Thai lady said she had to get my account details to transfer the money. I was advised the money is ready as the guy confirmed on the phone. Another Thai guy (his name is Peth) came out and said I have to understand the procedure. I said I came to see you because I was told the money is ready. Then, Peth became aggressive, rude and said ‘’stop complaining! ‘’I know English is a 2nd language for them but it sounds really rude. They did not have exact cash and I had to give Peth $1 coin change. The Money was in my hand but as soon as I said I have only 30cents changes, Peth grabbed the money from my hand which is very insulting. I said I do not have any other coins and showed Peth inside of my coin case. Peth was laughing and put his arm up and shaking his hand with $50 dollars notes. I asked just be professional and was a customer before. Finally Peth gave me the money back, he said to me ‘’You are not welcome here!!"

Sorry for the long block of text, but there are a few good rants about this place from couponers, even though normal paid customers seem to be fine with the service.

Has anyone bought and used a massage coupon in Sydney and can recommend the venue?

As these same places periodically release coupons, it would be great to have a list to keep an eye out for a bargain.

Call the merchant and ask if they're willing to offer you the deal directly with out going through group buy. You'll probably get better service and if you don't end up getting a date that suits you, you haven't lost any money. I've done this a couple of times and when I asked them, they all prefer this way. I was treated like a full paying customer in the salons I visited.
