Hi everyone
Now that GE are charging fees for using the 28 Degrees Mastercard to withdraw cash from ATMs overseas, has anyone found an equivalent card that doesn't charge fees?
I've looked at the travel cards like Aussie Post and NAB but they don't have the currency I need.

Citibank does not charge overseas fees but their exchange rate sucks. ING is better
most of the time will use the Visa rate.

ING has no international ATM fees too. Depending on where you're going you can also find foreign ATMs who wont charge an internation ATM withrawal fee

@pao2x: You are still wrong. The rate sheet you have provided relates to drafts and T/T's only.
ING and Citibank both use Visa therefore the transaction is processed by Visa using Visa rates.
The end result is that ING charge 2.5% on International transactions and $2.50 per overseas ATM transactions. Citibank Plus is FREE for both.
i got close to parity with visa exchange rates and beat my mastercard rate on my nab card… (which also had fees)… citibank is the best ive used overseas
Can anyone recommend the best card for online purchases overseas? Also can anyone advise if using a visa debit card atracts any sort of international transaction fee? I have a ing visa debit card so wondering if I would get a better deal using that over my current anz visa card?
28 Degrees card for overseas online purchases (and also for credit purchases when physically overseas).

Who does the best 28 degrees card plus do any of them offer a low credit limit? I only need $500 or so as it's paid every month.
28 Degrees is the name of the product that is issued by GE Money. (ie there is only one 28 Degrees card.)
Is that the only international transaction free card on the market?

just use citibank plus… offset the savings you have to use and do other expenses with your credit card (locally) until it balances back out
