  I couldn't just tick the I accept terms & conditions box. I had to check all of them otherwise I get a server error:

    Hmm that's weird, mine went through okay with just ticking the T&C check box, I just entered again now. It didn't have a confirmation screen as such but if I went back and tried to enter it again it gave me an error that I can only enter once per day so it must of worked.
