Thoughts on whether the iPhone 5s 16Gb is a good deal at $799?

How soon do you reckon they will go on sale at a better price following more details / pricing on the iPhone 6 coming out? Would only a sucker buy one now? :D

Iphone 6 gets released on September 9th. Not too long away now.
The price will only go down, not up, and the iPhone 5+s will continue to be sold alongside the 6 for quite some time.

then again majority of ozbargainers I believe are android users ;) though yeah seems quite steep for a phone that has been out for almost a year

Holy crap Apple is expensive! Android phones with the same features are going for half that price.
