I ordered a pair of glasses from Zenni Optical around 3 weeks ago, based on user reviews here and elsewhere.
The PayPal charge was around A$55.
I received no order acknowledgement from them, cannot log into my account to see the order, and they have not responded to four emails.
Does anyone know any way of contacting them before I raise a PayPal dispute?
