I agree you're unlikely to find a better "money back" rate than 7% but you can get Automotive Clubs/EPP discounts of 8% everyday, pity you can't use both at the same time.

  I think for 8% from EPP or auto club members is only available for Studio and XPS systems but not cheaper Inspiron/Vostro systems (which are around 3-5% discount). So I guess 7% moneyback here is best for those cheaper items.
