  • Uninstall it from device manager, reboot and let Windows re-install it.

Are you using generic drivers or ones from the manufacturer?

it came up with a different name?

      • +1

        Download Intel HD drivers first

then install the AMD mobile radeon drivers.

  • Is it plugged into the graphics card?

    Anyway, uninstall the AMD drivers.

Boot into safe mode and open device manager.

Update the generic display adapter by browsing to manually locate it in C:\AMD and include sub folders to automatically find the most suitable driver.

  • I would honestly just boot safe mode with networking
    uninstall both drivers,
install intel drivers off their website
download amd automatic detect driver thingy
    reboot

If you still got problems check your fan on the GPU to make sure its spinning. Remove GPU if you still got problems to see if they go away.
