So I'm young and trying to grow a beard. Now I was growing one before (up in till yesterday) and I tried to tidy it up with a comb and my normal electric. Didn't work and now I'm here looking to trim it with a 2-3 just to keep it tidy and even. Any thoughts on good shavers from own experience and at a great price I'm looking for under $50. Might go higher if you can convince me. Anyways thanks for all the help in advance.

You can buy perfectly accptable clippers with various attachments in a sip up bag for $19 to $29. See KMart or BigW or Shaver Shop.
Aldi has a sale at the moment with a cheap trimmer.
