Looking to buy a pod coffee machine with father's day coming around. Doesn't need to be anything fancy as he is the only one who drinks coffee in the house, but would be a decent upgrade from instant coffee. Wondering what would be the best value machine out on the market right now?

Has he ever tried coffee made from a pod machine?
I bought a pod machine for my parents and neither of them are big fans of it - not because they're used to proper coffees, but quite the opposite… they prefer instant coffee lol in terms of taste and simplicity. Sigh.
I have absolutely no idea. I feel like he's been dropping me hints about it occasionally though.
Get the Aldi one! It is pretty decent. pods are not bad either and 1/4 of the price of the nespresso. Haven't tried the Woolies machine myself but have heard from others that the coffee is horrible and the machine is noisy. and ugly.

EDIT 2: Went for the DeLonghi Nespresso Inissia due to the HN sale. Almost went for the Aldi! Thank you :)
Go with the Woolworths Caffitally brand, not too expensive to buy and good range of pods.
