I have emailed mitre 10 to list this on eBay and to time travel back to last Sunday. Then sales would go nuts.
I just rang the Pitt St store and they will be getting stock tomorrow.
I went in and the guy said they didn't stock BBQs but could get them in.. Don't think they have much space to stock big items..
The Pitt St store rang me back to confirm stock and I paid over the phone to secure one. They were really helpful and friendly.
Whats the chance of price matching with another mitre 10 store in a different state?
I tried this… didn't work for my local mitre 10. seems to be only Sunlite mitre 10 stores

Been holding back since the eBay sale and now it's just getting harder..
can't find much at this price with the stand and all, even sunday sale, the bug2 were 550-250=300 and the store is so far from me lol.
plus warranty from local mitre10 store is always better…..

to pick up, park the car @ bondi westfield and push a trolley to the car?Over the phone with credit card, nah, I am just gonna drive through the lane and buzz them to bring it out to my car mate

Sure it would have some faults like every other product but you just have to weigh the pros and cons.. The only faults listed are covered in warranty and other are user errors.
I received mine from AppliancesOnline today and noticed that some of the older reviews may have referred to an older generation of the BUGG.

but unlike the pictures there mine does not have those four-way feet holding the burners but round ones. And instead of that flat floor, mine has some grooves in it.I have not fired it up and tested it yet but it seems to me that in this generation Beefeater did address some of the previous criticism of the original design.
My mate at work just told me about the Beefeater Bugg available from Sunlite Mitre 10. It comes with accessories, cover and stand. It is the cheapest in Australia. This is a deal not to be missed. Normally $599, at Sunlite Mitre 10 (3 locations -Pitt and York Street, Sydney CBD, and BOndi Jnction. I just went into BOndi and purchased 4!! One for my aunty, and brother and sister. Thought great XMAS presents. I'd never been into Sunlite Mitre 10 - very impressed with the service.
They better not sold mine already paid for and suppose to pick up after work tonight lol….

Just picked mine up and assembled it last night, quality is reasonable, good looking plus they didn't mention this, it has free original full length cover, free roast tray, free baking tray (wider version) all in the third surprised box as part of the promo, so overall very happy for what I have paid for, again good find, cheers.
I would reconsider the bugg since this just came out today I am too late……
Saw this forum after searching from email deal..and just called their bondi junction store..thought I should let everyone know that they told me they have listed it on ebay pick up only
saw that as well, but it's cheaper pay over the phone with your credit card to secure one and pick up from the store though
