How to Get Fitness First FREE Trials?

Anyone know of how to get fitness first FREE trials?
I know they hand them out at stations every now and then.

Anyone know how?

I found a website called: goodgymguide.com.au but it looks fake to me…

if u mean the 3 day trial - just walk in to a fitness first i think.
some give you a 14 day trial i think if u have a friend who is a member and meet some other criteria.
I am a member but not a fan of their sales tactics. Know what you should be paying before walking in (if you end up joining up)

  • i went to one the other day and they said, if you want to try it out, it costs $18-22 for 1 day trial!

Is there any way to try it out for free? :D

  • why bother with fitness first mate? they charge heaps. Imo go to a local gym. The equiptment wont be ipod compatible, but your wallet will thank you :P

You should be using a Barbell and Squat rack anyway, no room for ipods

  • yep the first time is like 20 something dollars for the one time. but if you joined after, the money will be reinbursed to you by subtracting from your contract.

you can either join for one month or one year.
    (i only know STUDENT FEES)
montly weekly cost: around 20 dollars
yearly weekly cost: around 16 dollars

i think you can try it out for free if you have a friend that's already a member and you can mention that hes reffering you or something.
i think they're having an offer now: for an extra family member its 17.95 per week.

best thing for you if you dont know anyone in ff. then call them/or leave them a msg and they'll call back for your convinient time to meet up and a trainer will tell you all the price details. thats how i did it. hope it helps

btw theres a once off joining and admin fee of 120.

  • Agentsmithy, not sure whether you got what you were after.

If not, which state are you in?

I'm from Sydney, and I get regularly stopped on the street by Fitness First staff passing out what I think are free trial coupons.

The staff usually stand near the entrance to their FF centre - the stores where I've seen them handing out the passes were located at were Pitt Street, Sydney & Oxford Street, Darlinghurst

  • why not set up a home gym to be honest.. cheaper in the long run

  • that's what im doing!
sourcing cheap gym equipment is quite difficult though (see my other forum post)
