Calling an Indonesian Mobile number

Hi all,

Im trying to call a number of a tour guide we met in Bali which is 087 863 064 089. (not exact number)

Im using a phone card and dialling in 0011 62 087 863 064 089. It's not going through and either his number has been disconnected or Im not doing it right. On the chance that Im doing it wrong, could someone please help me figure it out :)

    Try dropping the 0 of the mobile number, so: 0011 62 (drop this 0)87 863 064 089

    remove the 0. It should be +6287 863 064 089

    Try removing the 0 from the start of his number. For example, 0011 62 87 863 064 089

    Got a smart phone? download Whatsapp and see if his number is on there .. A LOT of tour/local business use it over there.
    Drivers and bike rentals especially.
    Oh and oddly enough the street girls too! (I don;t know .. i mean.. i was just told this by this person one time)
