Has anyone ever had issues with Ausport Parcel Collect?
I have used the Parcel Lockers at Bourke Street a few times now, but since my office has moved decided to try Parcel Collect at GPO Melbourne. I figured that Parcel Collect would be less likely to experience delays than Parcel Lockers due to capacity issues, especially at a busy post office.
I added the Parcel Collect location on 27th August. Later that day I bought a controller adapter on eBay and had it shipped to that address. The seller said he posted it on 28th August but I still haven't got a notification from Auspost to say it has arrived.
I've contacted the seller who asked me to confirm the address so he could send another one, but if there was an issue with the setup of my Parcel Collect service then I'm not sure that will help. Has anyone else had issues with Parcel Collect?
I've had about a dozen items delivered to the GPO Parcel Lockers without a problem. I registered my mobile number & get an SMS every time a parcel arrives. Could be wrong but I think the lockers only accept Australian Post parcels, delays/fees might apply if the seller sends using another provider.
