  Can't say I'm a fan of these guy's customer service. I purchase a pair of Merrells that fell apart after a month of casual wear. When I contacted them about it I was told that either my foot was too big or it looked liked normal wear and tear.

  I have since been in direct contact with Merrell who saw the same pictures and considered it a warranty issue - they're trying to assist directly now.

    Bought a Julius Marlow "Denver" from them too. It arrived with one shoe's leather crinkled and the other without the crinkle looking sharp and shiny. If I'm not mistaken, the reply was it was the nature of leather. Nothing to feel fuss about. I was like =.="
