Canon Collective Photographic Walking Tour $20

Moved to Forum: Original Link

The walking tours that Canon are providing are not just about receiving an 8Gb SD card, but also taking part in a fun and creative experience with other photographers that are always happy to share knowledge, help out and give feedback when required. I have attended almost all of the Canon Collective events and I've always learnt something, either a new technique, new settings or a new way of thinking about taking a photo. I have also made some life long friends through the Canon Collective and the workshops that they run. The up coming walking tour is a chance for me to catch up with friends, learn something new and try something that I've never tried before. The Canon staff that conduct the tours are super friendly and and always there to help out when you have a question.

Do you think they'll mind if I bring my Nikon gear :-D

    • You know Luna park has free admission right (apart from rides which the tour does not mention)? I guess one could shadow their group? The only better vantage point that one could possibly use (I don't think they'd let you ride on a fast moving ride WITH their gear for $20) is the ferris wheel.

The OzBargain way is to not pay and shadow the group that comes out with 70D cameras.
