I bought a Ambi Pur adjustable diffuser with 20ml fragrance over one month ago during their promotion period. I sent the claim form with promotional sticker and answered research questions back to them after that. It says I will receive my cheque refund within 28 days. But I haven't heard anything from them until now. It has been nearly 6 weeks since then. Neither have two of my friends. Anyone got the refund from them yet? I do not know what is going on out there because I could not find any of their contact methods. Anyone knows? Thanks.

Ambi Pur is made by Sara Lee - maybe try and find their customer service phone number on a product/online? Should have a free call number..
