Live content not loading in my browser, Chrome

I looked at the Javascript console and there are these errors. I believe it's still working for most people because of the cached jquery.min.js file. Once the cached version is lost, there is no content on the live page.

  • Have you tried turning it off and turning it on again?

    ;-p

Maybe restart 'puter. Or undo any recent installs or updates of Chrome apps. Maybe check for latest versions of Chrome, JS and (unlikely) OzB app [unless Scotty has just updated it].

    • Yeah, I saw that show too, who hasn't by now. That error is due to that file being unavailable. Maybe OzB is using an old version or somehow it's not allowed to be served. Let the boffins figure it out.

It's a vanilla Chromebook BTW and I'm not a fan of installing lots of apps so that's not why.

      • Not sure which show. It's a common old joke.

The Kogan app is alright. Doesn't really slow browser down. I prefer FireFox anyways. Whenever I use Chrome, Iron or Comodo Dragon with more than 5 tabs it's prone to crash. But I've used FF with up to 100 tabs once before it got slow.

Scoopon have a Chrome app too.

        • Where have you been? Most people know it from The IT Crowd, with Chris O'Dowd.

  • Looks like it's regional issue? If you can't load jQuery from Cloud Flare a lot of things well be broken on this site (not just live page). The file is certainly there.

    • Yeah, there's something strange with that Chromebook's browser. My desktop Chrome is fine. I'm not too fussed. I spend too much time on OzB anyway.
