  Possibly brought in directly by DSE? I bought a similar spec (if you believe DSE specs that is) Tandy 54.5" TV from them for $493 delivered a couple of months ago.

  It seems fine for my purposes. Sure it won't be as good as some premium brands but in isolation it's good enough.

    Would be amazed if not but no absolute guarantee. DSE are not very good at detailing that kind of thing.

      Ended up buying - it's going to be used as classroom teaching display - HDMI from laptop (easier to work with than a projector). Another site mentions a weight without stand, so have to assume from this it can be wall mounted.

    Other web listings for this model state a 400x400 VESA, although a tv of this size would normally be a 600x400 from my experience.

  Mine just arrived today…. WOW!!! This is one impressive TV, shouldve bought 2!!!
  Overall quality is VERY good, the plastics are of high quality, the picture is very good, and the MENU is actually of high quality and function, unlike most cheaper TV's.

  Should this special come up again, I would highly recommend the purchase to anyone.
