  • Scotty is sitting on a land-mine of money!

  • Good deposit for a house!

    • Or lots of houses:-

A dollar doesn't buy much these days. But in Detroit, it can buy you a house. […]

It's not just Detroit. This weekend, hundreds of foreclosed houses were being unloaded at fire sale prices at giant auctions in New England and New York.

      • I thought in US you are not just buying the house but also the debt that comes with it?

        • Thats correct, and one thing ACA/TT dont tell you when they say you can buy a $1 house in the USA

  • Most online evaluation service is nothing but getting you to link back to them, and their automated evaluation method is pretty much bogus :P

    For example,

I guess what I am trying to point out is, you can't just value something from the website :) I would NEVER trade the OzBargain community for $173,464 USD.

But if it's 10 million dollars I might think about it :)

    • Oh by the way:

      • Pageviews per day: 385,136
      • Daily revenue from ads: $619

Very much off the chart. I would have quit my daytime job and sit on the beach like in one of those scammy working-from-home videos if I am earning that much from OzBargain :P

      • 2.5 years later scotty did quit his day-time job. time to update gravatar with a sitting-on-a-beach-picture? :-) congrats on your success mate.

Oh well. Turns out it's still working in front of the computer more than 50 hours a week. At least now i can go and make those scammy working from home videos.

    • But if it’s 10 million dollars I might think about it :)

      Would Zimbabwe dollars be acceptable?

  • I think ozbargain is potential good value , let me guess , it will be worth 10M in the next few years

    • Someone did suggested some "business venture" to some countries in SE Asia a few months ago (Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, etc). I think the dynamic there would be quite different, nor am I familiar with those places…

If Krudd is worth $12K for being a "goose", then Della Bosca gotta be worth $120k for going the whole way!!!

As for OzB - nothing less than $12Mill and a free drive through maccas ice cream for each registered member

    • free drive through maccas ice cream

Sorry mate. No Macca's deal on OzBargain! :)

  • Its missing at least one 0
