T-DImension (eBay store) would not sell the item I bought and paid

Hi

So during ebay 15% discount promotion i bought a lg g pro f350 white color. I paid on monday and on tuesday (last day of the promotion) i emailed them asking if the phone in stock or not. They first replied that the white color is not available and asked me if i want the black one. I replied no problem because i did want the phone and the promotion almost ended.

On Wednesday i asked them about the tracking number and they replied they will give it in 24 hours. Today i asked them again where is the tracking number. They messaged me will be given soon. After that i got an email from them about cancelling my order and refunding the money. I'm so angry, i could had bought oneplus one from dwi for $340 instead of buying the LG.

Is there anything i can do about that or just forget it?

Thanks

Martin

Nope, refund then neg at your discretion.

Thanks for naming store. Can't remember if I've seen it on eBay before, I'm pretty wary of lesser known ones, even DWI and all those dodgy looking clone-a-store dropshippers that never really do any real work of selling but just run an electronic paper desk. Slim margin and piss-weak customer service and post-sale process. They're usually stores with an obvious English as second language tone and they're happy to get your money but stuff you around and lie about it.

This crap has gone on too long, they taking us for mugs. We're complacent and think it's rude to complain about bad business and their own rude behaviour.

I've heard some shockers. Everything from 'it's stuck in customs, we checked the tracking number!' yeah right! on a $15 item, a USB thumbdrive of all things!? all the way to death threats if they neg and just running off with the money.

It'll never end until we neg them more or just simply don't chase the bottom of the barrel pricing, as when margins get so slim, something has got to give.

It's the risk of 'buyer beware' and a wild west in those eBay dropship stores and well anywhere online not just eBay.

Good luck with getting a timely refund and just neg them anyway for lying.

  • Agree neg them if you feel that you have reason, I personally have had good experience with T-dimension purchase of a high end pro camera Nikon D3s without problem and they have been around for years with eBay score of 99.3% Positive feedback and tens of thousands of sales.
As for DWI I have purchased several high end pro camera gear over 10K worth over many transactions and would use them again and recommend them to others they have a eBay feed back score of 99.3% Positive feedback again tens of thousands of sales.

We complain about being ripped of here in OZ by local merchants, Gerry Harvey would like these eBay stores to go away so he can put his prices even higher.
How many complaints do we hear about local sellers? always three sides to a story…

  • Thanks all for the comments. I will definetely will neg them. What pissed me off is i could have bought other phone which is cheaper and in stock.

  • WARNING: T-Dimension is a fraud!

He advertises one model on his website (usually with a wide support of mobile networks), but ships a different one (generally cheaper Asian model with limited connectivity in Australia).
I ordered a OnePlus that he advertised as the international model with support for LTE bands 1/3/5/7/8/20 but he sent the China model with support for only half the number of bands and then he refuses to refund me.

There are many more horror stories on the Internet. I wish I had read them before I ordered from this charlatan.
