    Here's the frustrating thing is that they are supposed to give you a quote. My quote was $65-83 depending on traffic and discounts. I don't know why it is such a large range.

    Can anyone explain how this fit in.with the way they promote the business which I think.is that you get certainty of cost?

    I've been to their website and even that doesn't help. It turns out your fare will be influenced by WEATHER! !! FFS!

    i already got a new user promotion ages ago so this one doesn't work, i think i got $20-$25 only and the 50% doesn't works with me too. so i guess you can only choose between those two

    Just joined Uber and tried both codes.
    Both came up as "expired" even though the deal is NOT showing as expired on OzBargain.

    Suggestion OP?

    Just used the iknowdavid code, worked fine. Was speaking to a mate and he said that the people at Uber are pretty understanding if you call them up, so will be trying them to see if they can honour the fain code
