Cheapest Place to Buy Console Games?

I've just bought a PS4 and I haven't been a console gamer for years, so I'm out of the loop in terms of where to buy games.
As a PC gamer, I'm used to being able to just buy a CD key online and saving considerable amounts of money. Unfortunately, this can't be really done for consoles.
So, is there a list of online stores to buy games from? Doesn't really matter if they're overseas places, just as long as they work in Australia.

Cheers!

recently dicksmith has the best prices for new PS4 games.
you can check ozgameshop as well, this one is from UK.
    http://www.comparegames.com.au/ is pretty useful.

  • Legend. comparegames.com seems to be the sorta site I'm looking for. Cheers!

  • I use comparegames. Lately the Aussie retailers seem pretty competitive with console games (i.e. Big W, Target, Dick Smith, etc) but in the past I used to buy from OzGameShop and MightyApe. Also note, if you find it cheaper on comparegames and it's from a reasonable bricks and mortar type place, or at least somewhere people are familiar with, you might be able to get retailers to pricematch. e.g. I got Target to pricematch Video Ezy before.

Feel free to laugh at me, but EB Games can do some pretty competitive prices on pre-owned things from time to time. I'd give the pre-owned sections a nice scouring if you get the chance.

    • Cheers mate, I probably will. Seeing as the PS4 has been out for a while, I've missed out on some games that I can probably pick up cheaply through EB. I'd never buy brand new from EB though.

  • If you're in NSW/ACT you can pick up second hand games games pretty cheaply at CeX as well (or buy from their website at http://au.webuy.com - though the shipping costs kill some of the bargains unless you buy in bulk). Prices on newer games tend to be less competitive, but some of the older ones drop like a stone compared to EB Games.
