Do you need to pick it up from centre management within the 6 months though? I figured you would need to pick up the prize within x amount of days. T&C's are quite thin.
I'll give them a call and find out, they message me saying someone else can pick up the voucher on my behalf as I told them I don't live in Victoria.
@hamza23: I asked them about this. They were a bit vague, but it seems like you can collect it any time within the 6 months. The 6 months starts from the day you won the prize. You can also send a friend to collect it on your behalf.
oh so you don't have to spend it within 6 months then just need to collect the voucher?? man, the t&c are confusing, cos I will be in Victoria late April next year so was hoping to spend it then, oh forgot to thank hamza23 for the post!
This is what they sent me:
"The valid period of your voucher commenced on the date you won the voucher. So in your case, your voucher will expire on the 8th of April 2014. We require photo ID upon collection in person and the email you received congratulating you that you have won."thanks nmat for the info
