      Bullion78 and Merlict…how do you go about getting a US Paypal acct from Oz ???? Surely it carn't be as easy as putting in your Aussie bank details and ticking a US box ????

        You don't actually need a bank / credit card number associated with it, I just made one blank and sent it 5c to test.

        Don't think this promo worked for most anyway.
