Have You Bought from Clicksave Australia Shopping Online?

Hi guys,

Has anyone ever bought from: http://www.clicksave.net.au/

It has an ABN 37 147 761 331 trading under Koolridge Trading Pty Ltd.

I used PayPal to buy since it had items I wanted.

I ordered 19 days ago, sent an email and got this response 7 days ago:

"We are sorry for the delay. as we have left message 24th of Sept, the stock is a bit delay, hope the stock would be released within this week. thanks for understanding"

I'm thinking of pulling the trigger and use the power of PayPal. What do you guys think?

    Haven't bought from them, but I reckon you contact them. You can ask for refund, tell them to contact you once stock arrive, ask for discounts for inconvenience later. If they don't cancel transaction and refund, then pull Paypal trigger (because it takes more time to go through Paypal claim process). Don't delay because Paypal only give you 45 days to lodge a claim (or have they increased / decreased it, I dont know)

      I'm thinking of waiting another week and pulling the PayPal trigger due to the 45 days, it would probably take longer getting a refund from them, might as well be safe with PayPal.

        At least let them know you are not happy with the transaction. It is unacceptable business practice to sell to you when they are out of stock.
