Alas we cant go that low on the price so soon as we have only had these shoes for a few weeks and they are still listed as New Arrivals to our store.

I thought our price was a great deal for a new style, but it seems this deal is not good enough! We will aim to do better next time guys.

Keep an eye on the CK4020 for future reductions if you want these particular shoes, otherwise we have plenty of New Balance running shoes for men at clearance prices starting at $69.95 http://www.theshoelink.com.au/collections/new-balance

$55 with free shipping. Limited sizes just like this deal http://www.sportsmart.com.au/p/new-balance-ck4020-ta-4e-seni…
And before OP says the sizes are too limited, rebel sports would be $85.45 using free rebel membership (full range of sizes)

Bought a pair of shoes that had a small defect that I wasn't pleased about, sent images and provided a description. Took ages to get a response. Sent the shoes back but they claimed there were no issues with it whatsoever, so no refund and held the shoes for ransom. Their service is decent but questionable return policy. Waste of my time.

    • That is just disgraceful. Where are the shoes now and what was the defect?

      • +1

I sent the shoes back, the shoes might be in the land-fill or someone relating to their staff is wearing it.

        Without getting into specifics:

The defect was a small issue with the build quality with a new pair of shoes, but in my opinion it had potential to grow with time. Kind of like a crack in glass.

I provided them with my evidence and asked them to satisfy my concern. I was originally just expecting that they would put in writing their commitment to future warranty claims or maybe an offer to pay for the repair.

Instead I was told to return the shoes for a refund, they received the shoes, and used a straw man argument on me. They exaggerated my claim of the issue and shot down the exaggerated claim with confidence.

Was told to pay $x for the safe return of the shoes or face having it destroyed. Why ask me to send back the shoes if the images weren't convincing them that there was an issue in the first place?
